What HIT is

HIT (High Intensity Training) is a workout planning and logging app. You can browse training templates without an account. Creating an account lets you save a plan, log workouts, and keep history.

Information we collect

When you create an account we store your display name, email address, and password (handled by Firebase Authentication). We also store optional onboarding answers, preferences (such as weight unit), your active training plan, and workout sessions you log (exercises, weights, reps, and timestamps).

How we use your information

We use this data to provide the app: authenticate you, sync your plan and workout history across sessions, and apply your preferences. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Where data is stored

Account and workout data are stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Exercise demo videos may be loaded from Firebase Storage. Data is processed according to Google’s Firebase terms and privacy practices.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your Firebase Authentication account and your profile, plan, and workout history from our database. This cannot be undone.

Children

HIT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
